HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We offer a 2-day return, refund, or replacement policy on eligible items. All silicone products are final sale.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY/SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
Please double-check the shipping information before submitting your order. Address changes are not allowed for any reason.
I AM MISSING AN ITEM. HOW DO I GET IT?
If something is missing from your order, please contact us by email at info@kaotic-kreations.com within 24 hours. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the items you received in your package so we can quickly resolve the issue.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@kaotic-kreations.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. You'll also need to provide clear photos of any damaged/defective items so we can assist you promptly.
*PLEASE NOTE: IF WE DETERMINE THAT THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH BEFORE THE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. IF OUR TEAM CONFIRMS THAT THE ITEM IS INDEED DEFECTIVE, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE PURCHASE AMOUNT.
