These charges are likely authorization holds that have been placed on your bank or credit card account and are usually released within 24-48 hours.Â
I AM MISSING AN ITEM. HOW DO I GET IT?Â
If something is missing from your order, please email us at info@kaotic-kreations.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER and a CLEAR PHOTO OF THE ITEMS YOU RECEIVED in your package so we can quickly resolve the issue.Â
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?Â
While we carefully inspect all items before shipping, sometimes things slip through. If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@kaotic-kreations.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and a BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE. You'll also need to provide CLEAR PHOTOS of any damaged or defective item(s) so we can assist you promptly. Â
PLEASE NOTE:Â If we determine that the product has been tampered with before the photos were taken, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. If our team confirms that the item is indeed defective, a refund will be issued for the purchase amount.
