Shipping times are determined by the shipping carrier. Orders that are packed and ready to ship are typically dropped off on the next business day unless unforeseen delays occur.

We offer a 2-DAY RETURN, REFUND, OR REPLACEMENT POLICY on eligible items.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY/SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Please double-check the shipping information before submitting your order, as ADDRESS CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON.
IT APPEARS THAT I'VE BEEN CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR AN ORDER. HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS?
These charges are likely authorization holds that have been placed on your bank or credit card account and are usually released within 24-48 hours.
I AM MISSING AN ITEM. HOW DO I GET IT?
If something is missing from your order, please email us at info@kaotic-kreations.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER and a CLEAR PHOTO OF THE ITEMS YOU RECEIVED in your package so we can quickly resolve the issue.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
While we carefully inspect all items before shipping, sometimes things slip through. If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@kaotic-kreations.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and a BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE. You'll also need to provide CLEAR PHOTOS of any damaged or defective item(s) so we can assist you promptly.
PLEASE NOTE: If we determine that the product has been tampered with before the photos were taken, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. If our team confirms that the item is indeed defective, a refund will be issued for the purchase amount.
