SHIPPING POLICY

WE OFFER FREE USA STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150!

*If you opt out of ShipTection Shipping Insurance, Kaotic Kreations is not responsible for any packages lost in transit or damages that occur during shipment.

We ship through USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for your package once it's handed off to the shipping carrier. This includes delays, damages, and theft after delivery. Should any of these issues occur, you must contact the carrier. We are unable to resolve these issues, and we only have access to the same tracking information as the customer.

Shipping prices and terms are subject to change due to fluctuations by our shipping providers. 

  • Please check the homepage for our current processing times. 
  • Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. Once you've placed your order, address changes are not allowed for any reason. 
  • All tracking information is emailed once your order has been processed. 
  • Once your package is picked up from our warehouse, we have no control over transit time and delivery. 
  • The estimated delivery window provided during checkout does not include processing times. 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Shipping prices do not reflect any import taxes or fees for your package. Please be aware that additional fees may occur from your local agency. 

RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs we incur to re-ship your package.

If an order must be refunded due to incorrect shipping information, there will be a 15% restocking fee + the cost of shipping deducted from your refund.

LOCAL PICK-UP

We offer local pick-up! Orders are typically processed and ready within 1-2 business days. Once we've processed your order, you will receive a text message and/or email with instructions to pick up your order.

Summer Pick-Up Hours (effective May 1, 2026 to October 1, 2026) are as follows:
Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

*PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOUR ORDER IS READY, IT MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 24 HOURS. WE DO NOT HOLD ORDERS FOR ANY REASON.
