Shipping Policy

We offer FREE US STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $150.
- Please check our homepage for current processing times.
- Please double-check the shipping information before submitting your order. Once you've placed your order, address changes are not allowed for any reason.
- All tracking information is emailed once your order has been processed. Please check your email for your tracking number. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please check your spam and junk folders.
- Once your package is picked up from our warehouse, we have no control over transit time and delivery. We aren't able to answer any questions about your package taking longer than expected to arrive. Please refer any questions regarding your package to USPS.
- The estimated delivery window provided during checkout does NOT include processing times.

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs we incur to re-ship your package.
IF AN ORDER MUST BE REFUNDED DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION, THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCK FEE + THE COST OF SHIPPING DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

We offer local pick-up! Orders are typically ready within 2 business days. Once we've processed your order, you will receive a text message and/or email with instructions to pick up your order!
Pick-up Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm EST. We do not offer pickup on weekends or Holidays.
