SHIPPING POLICY

ALL OF OUR PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED THROUGH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Processing times may increase during our busier seasons. 
• Please double-check your SHIPPING ADDRESS at checkout. Once you've placed your order, address changes are not allowed, for any reason. This is to protect both of us. 
• Ground Advantage Packages typically take 2-5 business days within the US. 
• Priority Mail Packages typically take 2-3 business days within the US. 
• All tracking information is automatically sent via email once your order has been processed. Please check your email for your tracking number. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please be sure to check your spam and junk folders. 
• Once your package is picked up from our store, we have no control over transit time and delivery. We are unable to answer any questions about your package taking longer than expected to arrive. Please refer any questions regarding your package to USPS.
• The estimated delivery window provided during checkout does NOT include processing times. 
• If you do not receive your package after it's in USPS' possession, you can file a claim with USPS using the following link: https://www.usps.com/help

RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs we incur to re-ship your package.

IN THE EVENT THAT AN ORDER MUST BE REFUNDED DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION, THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCK FEE + THE COST OF SHIPPING DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

PICKUP ORDERS

We now offer pickup for our local customers! Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours. We offer pickup Monday-Saturday. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a text message with pickup instructions.
