SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE USA STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $150.
- Please check our homepage for current processing times.
- Please double-check your shipping information BEFORE submitting your order. Once you've placed your order, address changes are not allowed for any reason.
- All tracking information is emailed once your order has been processed. Please check your email for your tracking number. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please check your spam and junk folders.
- Once your package is picked up from our warehouse, we have no control over transit time and delivery. We aren't able to answer any questions about your package taking longer than expected to arrive.
- The estimated delivery window provided during checkout does NOT include processing times.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Shipping prices do NOT reflect any import taxes or fees for your package. Please be aware that additional fees may occur from your local agency.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs we incur to re-ship your package.
IF AN ORDER MUST BE REFUNDED DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION, THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCK FEE + THE COST OF SHIPPING DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
LOCAL PICK-UP
We offer local pick-up! Orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days. Once we've processed your order, you will receive a text message and/or email with instructions to pick up your order!
Pick-up Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm EST. We do not offer pickup on weekends or Holidays.
**PLEASE NOTE ONCE YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICK-UP IT MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 24 HOURS! WE DO NOT HOLD PICK-UP ORDERS FOR ANY REASON.**
